If you have any historical data to reflect on - what tactics you've tried in the past that have paid off the most, that's always where I like to start. If you are starting something new and don't have that info - without knowing the details of your current venture :) - broadly speaking, social media and email marketing are probably the top channels for B2C businesses. Including potentially leveraging both of those channels to reach out to people in your network for referrals/leads. Smaller networking events are also a good channel for small businesses.
